Consent to personal data processing
By agreeing to send data via the electronic form on the Association's website (or https://acxod.ru), the applicant gives his consent to the Association of Agricultural Machinery dealers "ACXOD", Principal State Registration Number 1077800030813, located at: 115054, Russian Federation, Moscow, 5th Monetchikovsky per, 20 p.3, (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") for processing of information containing personal data (surname, name, patronymic, contact telephone number, e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") for the purpose of fulfilling by the Association "ACXOD" its obligations to the applicant within the selection of startups for participation in the conference "Prospective Digital Solutions for Russian Agriculture".
The applicant consents to the processing of her/his Personal Data by the Operator, including, without limitation: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; specification (updating, modification); transfer (distribution, provision, access); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction; depersonalization.
The above-mentioned personal data may be passed on to third parties including:
- Strategic and official partners of the platform AgTechInventum listed at https://acxod.ru;
- Expert council members for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating the project.
By providing the personal data of its representatives, the applicant confirms that in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the applicant has received written consent from them for processing, including the transfer of such personal data to the operator.
Personal data is processed until the end of the startups selection process for the Conference «Prospective Digital Solutions for Russian Agriculture".
This consent is given by the applicant personally and voluntarily. This consent may be withdrawn by the applicant at any time by sending a written notice to the following address: 115054, Russian Federation, Moscow, 5th Monetchikovsky per, 20 p.3 and to the e-mail address acxod@acxod.ru in accordance with the requirement of part 2 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law dated 27.06.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
In case the applicant withdraws the consent to processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data provided that there are sufficient reasons specified in paragraphs 2 - 11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
This consent is valid throughout the entire period until the processing of personal data is terminated.
